原料
步骤
1备料:笋切丝,金针菇切段,口蘑切碎,木耳切丝,猪肉剁碎

2锅内倒油,不用太多,先下肉松炒至变色,再把剩余其他材料倒进去翻炒,题外话提一句,同事老公目前在做进口食用油生意,完了告诉我们食用油一定要吃压榨的,这是物理提取出来的,其余的调和油全是用加化学助剂提炼出来的,不健康;

3之后倒入一碗鸡汤,这是做这道菜的关键,加鸡汤味道才会鲜,也可以直接加水,但味道就不会那么鲜;

4再加一碗水,倒入盒装豆腐,我们家喜欢用盒装豆腐,更嫩;

5把豆腐划碎,加盐,等水开;

6我喜欢再加一个蛋,蛋打碎,用饭勺边搅拌边倒蛋液,出来蛋花状;

7做西施豆腐最关键的一部,加番薯粉,建议一点点加,差不多稠稠的就ok了;
