原料
新鲜牛腩 1000—1500克, 白萝卜 1根, 大葱, 姜片, 黄酒, 八角, 盐
步骤
1牛腩切成大小均匀5厘米左右的块状。锅中放入适量冷水,牛肉块放入锅中,大火烧开,焯水去血沫然后捞出

2焯水的同时,高压锅内加入适量水烧开(要喝汤的话就多加些水),将焯好的牛肉放入锅中大火煮

3放入葱段、姜片

4倒入适量黄酒

6取出适量焖好的牛肉和牛肉汤
