干银耳 1朵, 黄瓜 1根, 干贝 1小把, 葱, 姜, 花雕酒, 盐, 鲜贝露
步骤
1干银耳放入温水中泡一个小时左右,中间要换2次水

2泡透后将银耳洗净,去掉蒂部并撕成小朵

10翻炒数下后加入少许的清水,不加锅盖的稍煮煮。炒的黄瓜要软绵才有清香味,否则S难吃
