原料
土豆: 兩個, 鹽: 20g, 食用油: 30ml
步驟
1土豆去皮,切手指粗細(不用怕切的太粗,烤完會收縮的)

2清水洗三遍,去掉澱粉,在用清水加鹽泡半小時

3將浸泡過的土豆條用水煮大約五到十分鐘,土豆條八分熟即可

4煮好的土豆盛出控干水或用廚房用紙洗干水分備用

5烤盤上鋪錫紙,用1/3油刷在烤盤上防粘

6薯條用剩餘油攪拌均勻,平鋪在烤盤上

7烤盤放烤箱中下層,上火200度,下火180度,熱風循環檔30分鐘

8各家烤箱溫度不同,具體時間請酌情加減。看到土豆條變色,整體起大泡就表示已經熟了,可以出爐。
