6酸辣烤魚的做法: 1.土豆、洋蔥、胡蘿蔔切絲,放盆中,倒李錦記叉燒醬拌勻,腌制; 2.魚從腹部切開,均勻在魚的里外抹上李錦記叉燒醬,腌制30分鐘入味; 3.烤盤鋪上錫紙,腌好的魚放到烤盤裡,將三絲放在魚上; 4.將烤盤放進烤箱,上下火190度20分鐘,烤好後淋點油,撒小米辣,送入烤箱烤5分鐘,出爐後撒上炸黃豆,香菜末和酸豆角(各種南寧酸嘢)ok。
