10【製作杏仁派餡】 軟化的黃油加糖粉,打發至發白;

11分3次加入全蛋液,每次都充分打發後再加入下一次,避免水油分離;

12打發好,加入杏仁粉,拌勻即可;

14然後放上腌制好的脆柿子,進烤箱。 【烤制】 中層,上下火。 上火170,下火140,25分鐘左右。
