甜豆: 500g, 蒜蓉: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 糖: 適量

步驟

1甜豆 兩頭去筋 洗凈 一口鍋 取適量水 加鹽 水大滾 放入甜豆 小滾 關火 取出甜豆 涼晾

2大蒜 取5瓣 去皮 切成末

3冷鍋 熱油 放入蒜蓉 煸香

4放入甜豆 大火爆炒

5加 少量鹽 少量糖 調味關火
