鴨梨: 4隻或雪梨, 蜂蜜: 150克(要原味的), 干紅棗: 80克, 鮮百合: 80克, 冰糖: 80克, 川貝粉: 2克
步驟
1梨去皮,用擦板擦出梨蓉與梨汁(下面放一容器啊)

2紅棗揪開,百合去枯皮

3將干紅棗、百合、冰糖放入燉鍋(不鏽鋼為好)

4倒入梨汁梨蓉,大火燒開後,改小火熬40分鐘

5關火,分勺將混合物倒入細密的漏勺(下面放一個容器啊),用小勺將汁與細蓉按壓出

6將按壓出來的細蓉重新放回鍋里,加入川貝粉再熬20分鐘,關火

7放涼後,加入蜂蜜,充分拌勻,放入無油無水的密封罐里,冰箱冷藏保存。吃時用乾淨小勺取出,加入60度以下的水和勻即可
