麵粉: 200克, 菠菜: 100克, 鹽: 少許, 油: 少許
步驟
1菠菜切去根部,稱取所需要的份量洗乾淨,水裡面加一點點油和鹽~菠菜丟進去灼一下撈出

2稍涼後將菠菜用攪拌棒整棵攪碎

1.菠菜下一點油和鹽煮的話會更綠油油 2.菠菜整棵打,不用加水~ 3.喜歡更綠一點可以只稱取葉子,梗會有纖維,出面的時候會有點塞住出面頭 4.沒有機器怎麼辦!按照這個比例~手擀吧
