Crosrini with Wild Mushrooms & Mozzarella

原料

橄欖油: 2tbsp, 蒜: 2瓣, 蘑菇: 1磅, 白葡萄酒: 1/4 cup, 鹽: 1/2 tsp., 現磨黑胡椒: 1/4 tsp, ciabatta麵包: 24小片(可根據自己用量調整), Mozzarella: 1lb(可根據用量調整), 新鮮歐芹: 2tbsp

步驟

1烤箱預熱375F,麵包片上鋪上Mozzarella,烤5-7分鐘到cheese融化。

2鍋里放橄欖油,把蒜末爆香,加蘑菇蛋炒3-4分鐘,放白葡萄酒,高火炒到沒有湯汁,加鹽和黑胡椒調味。

3取出麵包片,放上蘑菇灑上歐芹。

小技巧

如果小孩子吃,可以不放白葡萄酒。
