原料
番茄(包夾蛋): 2個, 鹹蛋(包夾蛋): 4個, 生粉(包夾蛋): 500g, 番茄醬(做醬汁): 1瓶, 白沙糖(做醬汁): 200g, 生粉(做醬汁): 50g, 油: 300CC
步驟
1番茄洗凈去楴~

21個番茄切成4切厚度儘量一致~

3鹹蛋去蛋白把黃放到盤子到鍋蒸10或15分鐘拿出來壓扁備用~

4把黃放在番茄上輕輕壓成塊狀~

5放到盤子裡裹上粉就好了~

6沾粉~

7熱鍋放油把裏上粉的番茄放進油鍋炸,炸至發黃浮上來就拿起擺盤~
8做醬汁,熱油然後放糖容開一些放番茄醬和生粉搞混成汁 就OK咯~
