1雞胸肉打成肉泥,蘿蔔切末,再加適量的青椒末和蔥花(不喜可不加),加入少許姜泥,再倒入2勺生抽,2勺料酒,少許食鹽和黑胡椒粉,少許澱粉

2順著一個方向攪拌均勻,使雞肉稍上勁
