低筋麵粉: 100g, 雞蛋: 50g, 牛奶: 100g, 色拉油: 10g, 細砂糖: 25g, 泡打粉: 3g, 小蘇打: 1g, 抹茶粉: 5g, 豆沙餡: 適量
步驟
1再倒入牛奶、色拉油,攪拌均勻

2將低筋麵粉、小蘇打、泡打粉、抹茶粉混合過篩

3用手動打蛋器混合成麵糊

4將麵糊蓋上保鮮膜,常溫靜置20分鐘

5小火熱鍋,倒入少許色拉油

6熱油後,用廚房紙抹去多餘油分

7倒入一勺麵糊,放入爐上

8小火煎至表面冒許多小泡,且有一兩個小洞破掉,用鏟子翻面

9再煎一會兒後,放入網架上晾涼
