即食方便麵(附調料): 1包, 牛蒡: 適量, 金針菇: 適量, 胡蘿蔔: 適量, 火腿片: 適量, 小油菜: 適量, 麻油: 1小匙
步驟
1將牛蒡削(刨)成絲,浸泡在水中,胡蘿蔔切絲;

2金針菇去根,洗凈對半切;

3火腿片切成絲;

4小油菜洗凈,在開水中汆燙至翠綠撈起,冷水激涼,擠干水,切成段;

5面塊在開水中煮2分鐘撈起,然後冷水沖洗、瀝水備用;
