1Preheat oven to 350 degrees 預熱烤箱至350F。
2Dissolve ingredients in hot water 除麵粉雞蛋外,其他原料加熱水融化。
3Knead dough until it forms a ball (approximately 3 minutes) 放涼後打入雞蛋,加麵粉揉成團(大概三分鐘)。
4Roll dough until ½ inch thick, cut into slices or bone shapes 麵糰攤成1/2英寸(1.3cm)麵餅,用模具刻出形狀。
5Place dough pieces on lightly greased cookie sheet 油紙刷油放入餅乾,最好餅乾表面也刷一層薄油。
6Cook for 30 minutes 350F烤25分鐘。
