原料
tarragon or cider vinegar: 1 tbsp, Dijon mustard: 2 tbsp, olive oil: 2 tbsp, walnut: 2 tbsp, walnut oil: 2 tbsp, honey: 1 tbsp, potatoes: 900g, fresh tarragon leaves, chopped: 1 tbsp
步驟
1prepare the ingredients
2cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 15-20 mins
3mix all the sauce to creamy
4chopped potatoes into chunks
5Stir together, add the tarragon and nuts on top
小技巧
- 嫌麻煩如我其實沒全按著recipe來~例如walnut我換成cashews 沒放walnut oil會稍欠香氣但還是可以用同等分量olive oil替代 2.同理沒有fresh tarragon可以用乾貨代替,不然chopped parsley其實也很有herb的香氣
