1粉類稱量好放入碗中

5倒入粉中用刮刀切拌

6均勻至無粉狀即可,不要過度攪拌

7直接用刮刀鏟起一坨面,放在鋪好烘焙紙的烤盤上,微微整整型近似橢圓或圓形即可~粗獷就行啦!(如果麵糊過干呈麵糰狀就就用司康模切成一個個圓形!~)

8190度預熱好的烤箱中,190度上下火烤20分鐘,表面上色均勻後請蓋上錫紙

- 加入液體後不要過度攪拌 2. 如麵糰過干,請擀成4cm左右厚度的麵餅,並用圓形模具切成一塊塊放入烤箱 3. 趁熱吃好吃!
