小技巧
1、蝦要炸到蝦殼脆,這樣再放料煮就會很入味 2、椰漿或者用椰子汁或者原味酸奶,可以讓咖喱菜更香濃郁,主要起到乳化作用 3、裹上椰絲,有點甜,跟咖喱真的很搭!
