California steak salad with chimichurri dressing

原料

牛腩排: 1.25lb, 芝麻菜: 8oz, 蘆筍: 1lb, 聖女果: 1pt, 紅洋蔥: 1隻, 牛油果: 1隻, 橄欖油: 1tbsp, 鹽: 適量, 黑胡椒: 適量

步驟

1烤箱預熱,蘆筍削皮;洋蔥切片,不要弄散;聖女果切兩半;牛油果切片

2蘆筍和洋蔥上撒橄欖油和鹽

3蘆筍烤4-5分鐘拿出,洋蔥切片每片正反面都烤4-5分鐘,至稍焦

4牛肉上抹1湯匙橄欖油並按摩至雙面均勻裹油。然後兩面均勻灑鹽和黑胡椒

5牛肉每面烤3-5分鐘,拿出晾5分鐘,切片

6晾牛肉期間可以做chimichurri醬

7將上述材料拌勻
