步驟
1準備好以上材料(備用): 1. 姜切片後切絲再切成小顆粒 (因為小孩不肯吃薑,切粒後吃了也沒發覺呢!); 2. 蔥清洗乾淨,切成段或切粒; 3. 米飯1碗,提前蒸好,放涼 (隔夜更好哦!); 4. 迷你小雞蛋3個;

2熱鍋,放油,放入雞蛋;

4用炒過雞蛋的鍋,放油、蔥、姜,爆香;
