protein: chicken or beef or bacon, vegetable: carrot, tomato, celery..., mushroom: choose one kind that goes with the meat, garlic: some, ginger: 2 slides, onion: optional, quinoa: about 5 tbsp, Italian herbs: dry is fine, beans: one jar
1Cut all meat and vegetables into small cubes. Cut garlic and ginger. Take a pot and add some water and a jar of beans. Bring to boil.
2Stirfry meat with garlic and ginger, then add mushroom and then vegetable cubes. Stirfry a while but stop before the vegetables get fully soften. Add some Italian dry herb and mix well.
3Transfer all the stuff to the boiling pot. Add a little bit of black pepper powder. Add quinoa. Boil for 10-15 min.
4Add salt and it is ready!
