原料
豬粉腸(小腸): 2條, 老滷水: 3湯勺, 蚝油醬汁: 3茶匙蚝油+一湯勺水 調成醬汁, 各色時蔬: 適量
步驟
1豬粉腸用生粉和鹽反覆抓2分鐘後(去掉白色附帶物)清洗乾淨~

2在腸子的中間部分開始打第一個結~

3一定要依次緊挨著打結到底~

5然後晾5分鐘水分~

6放入三湯勺滷水(滷水的製作也在我出的菜譜里,自己找一下)用高壓鍋壓十五分鐘或者炒鍋里小火煮至30分鐘~

7滷好的腸子撈起備用~
