3揉圓蓋上保鮮膜發酵

10模具內刷上黃油、依次將面塊擺好

11放入烤箱進行二次發酵,烤箱內放一盤熱水不開溫度、發酵好後的樣子

12刷上煉乳,放入預熱好的烤箱上火160,下火180、烤十五分鐘左右、即表面上色均勻即可
