5用蒜蓉把油鍋煎香後就可以下雞排了~我喜歡用中火,快速又留住雞汁,兩邊煎至金黃就可以,放涼切成條塊狀,便於等下吸收咖喱的味道~

6用煎雞排的油來大火翻遍

7把雞排和炒好的蔬菜放在鍋里,加入椰汁和蝦米,以及少量的水,慢燉食材,待沸騰後加入咖喱屋即食咖喱~輕輕攪拌,小火燜煮10分鐘,讓咖喱與食材完全融合在一起後就OK啦!
