原料
肥牛: 300克, 金針菇: 400克, 粉絲: 100克, 蒜: 3瓣, 小米辣: 適量, 干辣椒: 適量, 花椒: 適量, 料酒: 一勺(是用鍋鏟衡量的), 花椒油: 兩勺, 香醋: 四勺, 醬油: 1勺半, 鹽: 適量, 味精: 適量(可不用), 清水: 兩碗
步驟
1金針菇洗凈濾水備用~肥牛提前常溫解凍~粉絲提前清水先泡一下~蒜瓣、小米辣切碎和干辣椒花椒一起裝碗備用~

2食用油預熱後加入步驟一的調料煸炒出香味
