原料
雞腿肉: 2個, 土豆: 1個, 蔥: 少許, 姜: 一小個, 蒜: 2個, 香葉: 2片, 八角: 1個, 豆瓣: 一勺, 醬油: 一勺, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1雞腿肉從中間剪開,將骨頭剔除,切小塊,加入胡椒粉、鹽、料酒、少許澱粉。

2混勻,靜置10-20分鐘。

5將雞肉放入油鍋中炸1-2分鐘。

7鍋中放少許油將除豆瓣以外配料放入爆炒一下
