原料

步驟

1鋼盆隔熱水融化黃油和巧克力,融化後離火.

3另取一個碗,打發蛋清到濕性發泡.慢慢加入砂糖和甜菜泥,保持混合物的光澤[gradually add sugar and beat untill mixture is still and glossy]

4將一部分蛋白放入巧克力液中拌勻,然後巧克力液倒入蛋白中攪勻.

5入模.135攝氏度,35分鐘.或烤至牙籤插入抽出無殘留

6這裡,我在打發的奶油上滴上了甜菜汁裝飾,你也可以把砂糖,重奶油和甜菜汁一起打發,那樣就有粉色的糖霜了.
