原料

雞翅中: 12個(約400g), 綠咖喱粉: 適量, 青椒: 2個, 椰漿(或者 椰汁): 適量, 茄子: 2根, 鹽: 適量, 紅色彩椒: 1個, 朝天椒(可不放): 適量, 羅勒葉: 適量

步驟

1準備 食材

2彩椒 全部 洗凈 去蒂 去籽 切小塊 朝天椒 洗凈 去蒂 切小段

3茄子 洗凈 切滾刀

4雞翅 去冰  洗凈

5雞翅 一切二 方便入味 (也可以選擇 打花刀)

6熱鍋 冷油 倒入椰椰漿  溫熱 加入綠咖喱粉、羅勒葉、鹽 調味 (綠咖喱粉 少量多次加入 因為比較辣 大概250g椰漿 配50g綠咖喱醬) 而後 加入雞翅 煮熟 加入茄子 大火2分鐘 再加入青紅椒 根據耐辣程度 加入適量朝天椒 待青椒熟  調味 出鍋
