原料
高筋麵粉: 200克, 低筋麵粉: 50克, 黃油: 30克, 雞蛋: 1個(麵粉里放的), 鹽: 1.5克, 牛奶: 130克, 糖粉: 40克, 酵母: 5克, 蛋黃: 1個(刷表面)
步驟
1除黃油,刷表面的蛋黃外其餘材料全部加入麵包機膽,但順序是先放液體類,再放麵粉,最上面放酵母;

2就是這樣,一定把酵母放在最上面,用手指攪一攪;

3選擇麵包機和面功能,選擇30分鐘;

4麵糰成型,把麵糰挖一小洞放入黃油,繼續啟動和面;

5和面結束後把麵糰拿出來用手揉法揉7.8分鐘;

6手揉結束放入麵包機啟動發酵功能,時長1小時

9手上抹點色拉油將麵糰分成6等份;揉圓

10烤盤上覆蓋油紙放入麵糰中間要間隔開,然後烤盤上覆蓋保鮮膜放家裡溫暖處進行第二次發酵;大概30分鐘左右;

11發酵結束;預熱烤箱190度上下火,預熱時長:10分鐘;麵包表面刷蛋黃,撒白芝麻;

12預熱完畢,送入烤箱,上下火190度,時長25分鐘;
