1Wash and chop the squid.
2Saute pan without oil in the squid stir-fry until the water is out.
3Saute the pan with oil and add to the onion, stir fry until fragrant and then add to the dryed squid and stir fry. Press the squid with a spatula during the period, which will make the squid smell more delicious and chewy.
4Mix the seafood sauce, oyster sauce, and the sweet sauce at 5:1:1. Stir in the pan and add the cumin, sesame, and cayenne pepper. After the sauce is ready to eat.
Tips: 1.The squid can't cook for much more time,or it will be very hard to eat.So the time is important,shorten the cook time when you put the dryed squid in the pan. 2.If there has no sweet bean sauce sold in Germany,you can put any sauce you feel good.
