步驟
1兩勺炸豬排的醬、一勺耗油、兩勺糖、一勺料酒加半杯水和成醬料

2把肉切成片鋪在菜板上,用刀背輕輕敲 (可以讓肉質更鬆軟)

3雙面都撒上鹽和胡椒
