原料
豬展肉 500g, 雞骨草 40g, 紅蘿蔔 1條, 羅漢果 半個, 淡菜仔 適量, 姜 適量
步驟
1全部材料 昨天買的豬肉,放了冰凍層,很硬

2用開水解凍及飛水
