步驟
1裙帶菜發泡好洗凈(我用的是鹽腌制的.洗去表面的鹽稍微泡會就可以食用了.用新鮮的也可以)

6加一個蛋液

8熱鍋熱油用勺子把混合物盛進鍋內.小火慢煎.一面煎至金黃色翻另一面煎

9煎至兩面金黃色
