原料
菠菜 200克, 麵粉 450克, 雞蛋 半隻, 鹽 一小撮, 家樂老母雞味濃湯寶 一塊, 番茄 2隻, 鮮口蘑 8隻, 胡蘿蔔 半根
步驟
1食物料理機里放入略掰成段的菠菜、150克麵粉、半隻打散的蛋液,加上料理機蓋子後,用粉碎功能先把菠菜打成蓉,再用攪拌功能把菠菜蓉和麵粉混合成團

2取出菠菜麵糰,放在案板上,加入剩餘的麵粉揉成菠菜麵糰。(用同樣的配方操作辦法,製作胡蘿蔔麵糰,胡蘿蔔要先切成厚片再放進料理機)

3案板上撒上麵粉,把麵糰擀成厚約1-2毫米的大薄片,在面片上薄薄抹一層麵粉

4再對摺,再抹麵粉再對摺成一個寬長條

5按自己喜歡好切成細條

6再拌開成麵條。如果麵粉加少了抖不開,細心的逐根掰開就行

7胡蘿蔔和蘑菇切片、番茄去皮後切成丁

8炒鍋里放放許油,待熱後先把番茄放進去翻炒

9把番茄炒出紅油,(番茄紅素也是脂溶性的,過油以後才能被人所吸收)

10把炒好的番茄放在小湯鍋里,加入三倍量的水,燒開後,加入濃湯寶煮至融化

11加入胡蘿蔔和蘑菇片煮三五分鐘至軟
