原料
蒜薹 400g, 木耳 50g, 雞蛋 2個, 生抽醬油 1茶勺, 老抽醬油 1茶勺, 蔥、姜 適量, 油、鹽 適量
步驟
1準備食材
2雞蛋炒熟備用,淹好的肉炒熟備用。
3中火炒鍋倒入油把蔥、姜煸炒出香味後加入蒜薹炒出香味後加入木耳,加醬油和鹽調味。
4加入雞蛋翻炒均勻後就可以出鍋了,出鍋前嘗嘗味道。
