原料

Chicken – 6 pieces ( approx 1lb), washed & skinned drumsticks MARINADE: 1. Yogurt - 1 1/2 cups, well beaten 2. Ginger Paste – 1 tbsp 3. Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp 4. Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp 5. Paprika – 1/2 tsp 6. Tandoori Masala - 1 tbsp 7. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp 8. Salt – to taste 9. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp 10. Red Food Color – 2 drops, optional 11. Green Chili - to taste, ground BASTE 1. Lemon Juice – 1/2 cup 2. Tandoori Masala - 1/2 tsp 3. Salt – to taste, optional 4. 步驟

Method: 方法如下: 1. Wash the skinned Chicken well and with a knife, make 1-inch slits in it. 將雞腿肉洗好, 用刀子在雞肉上劃1英寸左右的口子,多劃幾下。 2. Give it a good mix and let it sit while getting the marinade ready.   晃動幾下,使檸檬汁與雞肉混合均勻。將其放在一旁,準備其他的腌料。 4. Pour all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 將腌漬的材料全部倒在一個碗里攪拌均勻。 5. Do a taste test for the marinade and adjust the salt and other spices as needed. 對腌料做一個品嘗測試,適當調整鹽和其它香料的需要。 6. Add the marinade to the chicken (in the zip lock bag) and give another good mix. Flip the chicken, coat it with the baste and allow it to cook for a few minutes. Flip again. Baste again. The Chicken needs to cook for approximately 18-20 minutes total.   雞肉大約需要18 - 20分鐘的燒烤時間。 14. Remove Chicken into a platter.
